DailyOrbit Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines what information Losync AI (“the App”) collects, how it is used, and the rights you have concerning your data.
2. Information We Collect
To provide you with a cutting-edge, multi-model AI experience, we collect the following information:
- Account Data: Email address, display name, and a unique User ID via secure third-party authentication providers. (This is omitted if you use Guest Mode).
- Conversation Data: Chat messages, prompts, and context history sent to the AI.
- Uploaded Media & Files: Images, PDFs, and documents that you explicitly upload for AI analysis.
- Usage Diagnostics: Device model, OS version, and crash logs to help us improve app stability.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information strictly to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Losync AI application.
- Process your prompts and file uploads to generate AI responses.
- Sync your chat history across your sessions.
- Identify and fix bugs or crashes to improve user experience.
4. Third-Party AI Providers
To provide accurate answers, your prompts and uploaded files are securely transmitted to our integrated third-party AI models based on your active selection. These currently include Google Gemini, Mistral, and Groq.
We do not sell your personal data. The AI providers use this data purely to generate your requested response in accordance with their respective enterprise API privacy policies.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Retention: Your account data and chat history are retained securely in our encrypted cloud database infrastructure for as long as your account is active.
Right to Deletion: You can permanently delete your account, including all chat history and associated data, at any time directly through the Settings screen inside the App.
6. Data Security
We employ industry-standard HTTPS encryption for data in transit and rely on secure, industry-leading cloud infrastructure for data at rest. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy
Losync AI provides access to generative AI models and is intended strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that a minor under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete their account and associated data from our servers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, reflecting the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
